STEP's mission is to champion the dynamic world of esports in Poland. We aim to create an inclusive and sustainable esports ecosystem that nurtures talent at all levels, celebrates diversity, and sets new standards in competitive gaming.

STEP's vision is to be a guiding force in the global esports landscape, where Polish esports are synonymous with excellence, innovation, and community spirit. We are committed to nurturing talent, promoting esports events, ensuring fair play, inclusivity, and the highest standards of integrity in all our projects.
OUR PROJECTS
STEP oversees the Polish division of CyberLive!Arena (CLA), a professional esports league that runs tournaments in the world's most popular sports simulation titles. The league is best known for the CLA EuroCup, a series of international competitions in eFootball, eBasketball and eHockey showcasing top-tier talent from Ukraine, Croatia, and Poland.

Board Member
Kacper, an outstanding NBA2K player, leverages his expertise as a Board Member responsible for researching eBasketball events and tournaments. His deep understanding of the game enriches STEP's approach to organizing and managing top-tier NBA2K events.
