We are happy to welcome you to another tournament review of the CLA EuroCup, and this week, we’ve just finished the second season of our beloved tournament in the eHockey discipline. This season, there were a few changes, and the tournament was held on the new simulator - NHL25. Last season, one of the gamers from CLA Poland managed to take 3rd place, but this time, we have two podium finishes! Congratulations to Dobek for taking 2nd place and his second consecutive podium finish, as well as to denysty for his 3rd place in the tournament. Let’s break down their journey from start to finish.
For a full 3 weeks, the DAILY QUALIFIERS stage allowed everyone to fight for their spot in this season’s tournament. Our gamers were no exception. For them, the qualification was quite simple, and advancing to the next stage didn’t take much effort. Gamer denysty, with 52 points—just one point ahead of the person below him in the standings—secured second place in his group. Meanwhile, Dobek, with great enthusiasm and an incredible 68 points, took first place in his group and confidently moved forward.
The GROUP STAGE didn’t seem too challenging for many, although some very strong players were eliminated. From second place, denysty moved into Group B, where he faced tough competition but managed to put up a fight, even against the winner of the tournament this season. With 9 points, an undefeated record of 2/3/0, he confidently advanced to the final stage. Our second-place finisher, Dobek, moved into Group A from first place in the qualification and, just like in the qualifiers, was first in his group. With a result of 2/2/1 and 8 points, which was the same as the second-place finisher, Dobek advanced with a goal difference of 41-25, surpassing the gamer who wanted to take his first place.
And here it is, the best of the best, in the long-awaited FINAL SIX, where the six best gamers from all divisions gathered to fight for triumph and superiority in skill. Unfortunately, this time no one from the gamers managed to take first place, but we are happy that our domination and podium finishes are growing, and perhaps next time we’ll win gold with all divisions in the tournament. Meanwhile, denysty, with a result of 1/3/1 and 6 points, takes bronze, while Dobek, with a result of 2/2/1 and 8 points, takes silver. Our gamers will continue to train and improve their skills, and the CLA Poland division will take gold in the CLA EuroCup eHockey tournament just as it has claimed first places in other tournaments across various disciplines!
