Patryk Warchoł,
President
Sports and computer games have been a part of Patryk’s life since childhood, playing a significant role in his daily routine for the past 20 years. Guided by the phrase "Hope dies last," he leads the association with a focus on making important decisions and believes in working tirelessly toward the organization’s goals.

Dominik Ostatek,
Chairman of the Board
Dominik, renowned for his exceptional skill in eFootball, brings invaluable insights and experience to overseeing the research and development of esports tournaments and events, significantly contributing to the advancement of the esports community under STEP.

Marko Muzyka,
Secretary General
Marko plays a key role in shaping and executing STEP’s marketing strategy. His responsibilities include developing innovative marketing initiatives and increasing the organization’s brand visibility, which is essential for STEP’s reach and engagement.

Kacper Dziedzic,
Board Member
Kacper, an outstanding NBA2K player, leverages his expertise as a Board Member responsible for researching eBasketball events and tournaments. His deep understanding of the game enriches STEP's approach to organizing and managing top-tier NBA2K events.
FAIR PLAY COMMITTEE

Jakub Gadomski,
Chief Referee
Jakub is primarily responsible for monitoring compliance with the rules, ensuring equal opportunities for every tournament participant. He has been playing sports and NBA2K since the age of 10 and has participated in regular basketball tournaments. He has also supported CS: GO tournaments.

Martyna Wiśniewska,
Comitee Chairman
Martyna holds a key position overseeing the integrity of all STEP activities. She started playing computer games at the age of 11. Since 2024, she has been actively involved in organizing numerous online and offline tournaments and esports events run by STEP. Her success stems from effective work and a strong sense of responsibility.

Mariia Yurieva,
Comitee Member
Mariia plays a key role in managing the potential events and tournaments for STEP. She has been involved in sports, specifically volleyball, since 2009, participating in both the first league and higher league. Her main qualities are striving for excellence, fairness, and a desire to improve everything around her.
